Column 9 is "Radio set", asked only in 1930. The enumerator wrote "R" for a household with a radio and left it blank for one without, so Doubleday and Finger had radios and the Bare household did not. The same Home Data block shows all three owned ("O") their homes, worth $3,500, $3,000 and $4,000. Only the head's line is filled in, because these answers are about the household.
