Magd
A Magd was a maid: a female servant, especially on a farm, who lived in her employer's household. Dienstmagd means the same.
The Magd helped on the farm and in the house, alongside the male Knecht. She was usually young and unmarried, so ledige Magd or led. Dienstmagd is a frequent phrase, including in the baptism entries of children born out of wedlock.
In older religious language Magd can also mean a virgin or a young woman, as in references to the Virgin Mary, but in a register next to a working woman's name it means servant.
