Harry

Harry is an old nickname for Henry, found in American records of the 1700s and 1800s.

Harry is an old English form of Henry, and Charlotte Yonge refers to several English kings named Henry as Harry. It was also given as a name of its own.

The same man can be Henry in one record and Harry in the next, for example a birth under one name and a marriage under the other. Match age, place and relatives before you join the two.
