Daily AncestorTish
Tish is an old pet form of Letitia, so look for the same person under Letitia as well.
Tish is a short form of Letitia, the same name that gives Letty and Lettie, so the same woman may turn up under any of these as well as the full name.
Many records were made with the name a person went by, so look for Tish as well as Letitia in indexes. Check other details before treating them as one woman.
As seen in a record1880 census; her 1867 baptism calls her Letitia
Tish Sackett, Daughter, 13, At school
