Fletcher

A fletcher made arrows, fitting the feathers, called the fletching, to the shaft.

The word comes through Middle English from Old French flechier, from fleche, arrow. Wiktionary also gives a general sense, a maker of bows and arrows.

Fletchers were traditionally associated with the Worshipful Company of Fletchers, a guild in the City of London. The bows themselves were usually the work of a separate craftsman, the bowyer.
