Newsdealer
A newsdealer sold newspapers and magazines, usually from a newsstand or small shop, as opposed to a newsboy selling in the street.
Wiktionary defines a newsdealer as a person who sells newspapers and similar goods. In the United States and Canada such sellers often worked from open stalls on the street or in stations, called newsstands; the British word is newsagent.
The 1930 census instructions list "Newsboy, Street" and "Newsdealer, News stand" side by side as model entries, which shows the difference the census drew between them.
