Daily AncestorW.B.
W.B. in a citation or index means Will Book, the county record book where wills were copied, as in W.B. 3, p. 112.
County clerks recorded wills in numbered books, and abstracts and indexes cite them as W.B. with a volume and page number, as in W.B. 3, p. 112. That reference is how you find the recorded copy.
Similar citations use other initials for other record books, such as O.B. for an order book. Note the full W.B. reference when you copy an abstract so you can go back to the book itself.
