sub conditione
Sub conditione is Latin for conditionally; in a baptism entry it means the child was baptized again in case an earlier emergency baptism was not valid.
Sub conditione means under a condition. A conditional baptism is given in a form that only takes effect if the person was not already validly baptized, since churches teach that baptism cannot be repeated.
In registers it often follows an emergency baptism at home. The note tells you there was doubt, which can explain why one child has two baptism dates.
As seen in a recordLatin baptism register, 1790s
Baptizatus sub conditione, quia domi ab obstetrice baptizatus
