Testatrix
A testatrix is a woman who made a will; it is the old feminine form of testator.
Testatrix is the feminine of testator, in the same pattern as executrix and administratrix. Black's Law Dictionary defines it as a woman who makes a will, or who dies leaving one.
Finding the word in an index is a quick signal that the will was made by a woman. The term is now old-fashioned, and modern law uses testator for both men and women.
