Great-grandmother
A great-grandmother is the mother of one of your grandparents, three generations above you.
A great-grandmother is a grandparent's mother. You have four great-grandmothers, two on your father's side and two on your mother's side.
In a census relationship column she is described by her link to the head only, so a great-grandmother of the children may be entered as the head's grandmother, mother or mother-in-law. Work out her place from the head's point of view.
