Christmonat
Christmonat is an old German name for December, the month of Christmas.
Christmonat names December after the feast of Christ's birth. Duden lists it as an outdated word for Dezember. You may also see December written as 10ber, 10bris, Xber or Xbris in the same period.
A date such as den 27. Christmonat 1769 is December 27, 1769. Be careful with the Latin-number forms: Xber is December, not October.
As seen in a recordBaptism register of a German parish, 1760s
Geboren den 24. Christmonat 1769, getauft den 26.
