Latin month names
Latin month names in registers are Januarius, Februarius, Martius, Aprilis, Maius, Junius, Julius, Augustus, September, October, November and December.
Latin registers name the months as Januarius, Februarius, Martius, Aprilis, Maius (or Majus), Junius, Julius, Augustus, September, October, November and December. Endings change with grammar, so you will see Januarii, Martii or Septembris (of January, of March, of September).
September to December are often abbreviated with numbers, 7ber, 8ber, 9ber and 10ber (or VIIber, Xber). These come from the old Roman count, so 7ber is September, not July.
