baptizavi
Baptizavi is Latin for I baptized; the priest who wrote the entry is saying he performed the baptism himself (baptizavit: he baptized).
Baptizavi is the first person past tense of baptizare, to baptize: I baptized. A priest who opens an entry with ego baptizavi is the one who performed the rite and usually signs below.
Baptizavit, he baptized, is the third person form. With it the writer reports the baptism in the third person, so read the name beside it to learn who performed the rite: the writer himself, another priest, or a midwife in an emergency.

Die 12 Martii 1784 ego infra scriptus baptizavi infantem
