naturalis
Naturalis is Latin for natural; filius naturalis in a parish register usually means a natural child, one born outside marriage.
In parish registers filius or filia naturalis usually marks a child born to unmarried parents, like illegitimus. In older classical use naturalis could also mean a person's own child by birth, even a legitimate one.
Because of that, read the whole phrase. If the entry adds legitimus or names a married couple, naturalis simply means born of their bodies. If only the mother is named, the child was most likely born outside marriage.
