nomine
Nomine is Latin for by the name of or named, used to introduce a person's name.
Nomine is a form of nomen, name, and means by name or named. It often introduces the name of a child at baptism: baptizavi infantem nomine Joannem, I baptized a child named John.
The name that follows may end in -em, -am or -um because of Latin grammar. Remove the ending to get the usual form of the name.
As seen in a recordLatin baptism register entry
baptizavi infantem nomine Annam
