eodem die
Eodem die is Latin for "on the same day": the event happened on the date of the entry just above.
Eodem die saves the clerk from repeating a date. When a baptism entry says eodem die, the date is that of the previous entry, so you must read the line above to know it.
It is common for twins (gemelli) and for children born and baptized on the same day, as in natus et eodem die baptizatus.
